AO MORA / The Association of Copyright Holders of Moldova (MORA) is a non-profit organization established in 2020, whose mission is to represent and protect the economic and moral rights of authors. It manages the collection and distribution of royalties derived from copyright and related rights, pursuing fairness and transparency in the process. Among its recent achievements are its accession to the Eurasian Confederation of Associations of Rights Holders, as well as active involvement in public and legislative debates on copyright in Moldova, including responses to delays or refusals by the authority regulating intellectual property.
