POT Music AO is a non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to providing development platforms for musicians in the Republic of Moldova. In 2015, POT Music launched a national competition encouraging emerging bands to participate with original songs, promoting stylistic diversity and innovation in local music.

The organization’s core activities focus on developing a community of musicians through workshops, masterclasses with established artists, and live events. POT Music is also an active promoter of gender equality and, in 2017, founded the Rocketele initiative, aimed at empowering young women through music.
